The Solution:
The Battersea Power Station store posed unique challenges due to its distinctive architectural features and high-end retail environment. Chanel required a solution that seamlessly integrated with the store's aesthetic while ensuring the highest level of product protection.
Our team employed an innovative, underfloor mat-based tagging system utilising RFID Keonn electronics and MTC mat-based mats. This discreet approach allowed for unobtrusive but highly effective tagging. Two 1-metre mats were strategically installed beneath the final tiles, with a control unit discreetly positioned behind the fire panel. All cables and PSU units were meticulously hidden to maintain the store's aesthetic integrity.
