One of their standout services is their free prescription delivery for eligible patients across Reading, including areas like Calcot, Caversham, Coley, Earley, Emmer Green, Purley on Thames, Tilehurst, Whitley, and Woodley. As you can imagine, their customer base is vast and with a busy shopfloor, they identified the need for a robust security tagging solution to protect the store and its products. The Project & Solution
The chemist's business is rapidly expanding, and they plan to open two more stores in the next two months. As a trusted provider of security systems, we have been contracted to supply and install the tagging systems in these upcoming locations as well.
The client opted for a retrofitted dual pedestal Optimum system to safeguard their valuable inventory, including items such as nappies, baby milk, and vitamins.
During the installation process, we had to be mindful of the client's business operations and avoid disrupting their customers. To accomplish this, we scheduled the installation at 6am, ensuring that it was completed before regular business hours began.
