Creating a security tagging system for Eres in London
The Client.
Part of the Chanel Group, Eres is uniquely positioned in the world of fashion. For more than half a century, its unparalleled blend of French savoir-faire, craftsmanship and elegance has made it a benchmark in swimwear, lingerie and activewear. Its collections are designed by an experienced studio team dedicated to crafting pieces that combine comfort with an inherently feminine attitude. With each piece handcrafted with care and boasting the very highest standards of quality, the luxurious designs reflecting the Maison's vision are truly special treasures that can be appreciated season after season.
Their new store is in Burlington Gardens, just off London's famous Regent Street – one of the most well-known shopping thoroughfares in the world. As such, the company were looking to instil a friendly atmosphere in store, allowing customers to relax while browsing the products on sale. However, there is a constant need for security so after discussion, they decided that a discreet security tagging system was ideal for their needs.
The Solution
The discrete system we installed was done so under mats, providing an additional layer of protection for the store, while remaining out of sight. We liaised with the site foreman to perform a first cable fix and at the end of the shop fit program, a second main equipment fix was carried out. From start to finish, this installation process has been carefully managed with stringent attention to quality assurance protocols.
The system we installed can interact with clothing security tags in the exact same way as what visible pedestals do – so there is no compromise when using a hidden tagging system. Our retail security system is now ready for use, and we are confident that it will serve its purpose well.
This installation was a standard one of us,so the project was straight forward, and we completed it well within the expected time frame. The client has a group maintenance contract which means we will always be on hand to provide services and back-up for the system. Included in this is our pre-planned maintenance, which we arrange to do on a yearly basis.
Overall, the client was delighted with our work and can look forward to welcoming in new customers.
