Aries is a fashion brand that aims to blend the worlds of streetwear and high-end fashion. This made London's Soho the ideal location for their new store – so the Tagmax team quickly got to work on creating their new security tagging system.
The Project & Solution.
The installation of a tagging system that blended in with the rest of the shop fit was a key requirement for our client. Our team worked closely with the client to identify a solution that would meet their needs while also maintaining the aesthetic integrity of their store.
After considering various options, we recommended a single pedestal Optimum system for the installation. This system was designed to be discreet and blend in seamlessly with the surrounding shop fit, ensuring that it did not detract from the store's overall appearance.
The installation process involved liaising with the site electrician to ensure that the cabling was installed in a manner that would not be visible to the customer. The owner specifically requested that nothing should be visible in terms of the installation, and our team was able to accommodate this requirement while still ensuring that the system was installed securely and effectively.
The Tagmax team completed the installation of the single pedestal Optimum system to the client's satisfaction, and we provided training to the store's employees on how to properly use the system. We also offered the option for the customer to take out a maintenance agreement after the one-year warranty period had expired, providing ongoing support and ensuring that the system continued to function effectively over time.
